Terms of Service
1. Service Description
AI Audit ("the Service") is provided by Infinity Synaptics GmbH ("we", "us", "the Provider"). The Service offers automated AI visibility analysis for brands and websites, including visibility scoring across major AI systems, gap analysis, competitor comparison, and website optimization recommendations.
2. Eligibility
The Service is intended for business users (B2B). By using the Service, you confirm that you are acting in a professional or commercial capacity and not as a consumer within the meaning of § 13 BGB (German Civil Code). You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your organization to these terms.
3. Account
- You must register with a valid email address and verify it.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
- Each account is entitled to one free audit preview.
- You must not create multiple accounts to obtain additional free audits.
4. Tiers and Pricing

All prices are in EUR and exclude VAT where applicable.
5. Payment Terms
- Payments are processed by Mollie B.V. in EUR.
- The monthly subscription renews automatically each month. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice.
6. Refund Policy
- Subscription: cancellation stops future charges. No refunds are issued for the current billing period already paid.
- Single Audit: non-refundable once the audit pipeline has started processing. If the audit fails due to a technical error on our side, we will re-run it at no cost or issue a refund.
- Free Preview: no payment involved.
7. Data Accuracy and Disclaimer
The Service provides automated analysis based on AI system responses at the time of the audit. Results are informational and do not constitute professional advice (legal, marketing, or otherwise). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any results. AI system responses may change at any time, and visibility scores are snapshots, not predictions.
8. Intellectual Property
- Our IP: the Service, its code, design, methodology, and branding are owned by Infinity Synaptics GmbH. All rights reserved.
- Your data: you retain all rights to the business information you submit. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service.
- Audit results: you may use your audit reports for your internal business purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by German law:
- Our liability for damages arising from the use of the Service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business opportunities.
- The above limitations do not apply to damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or to liability under mandatory law (e.g., product liability).
10. Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers (AI APIs, cloud infrastructure, payment processors).
11. Termination
- By you: you may delete your account at any time via your profile settings or by contacting us.
- By us: we may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, abusive usage, or non-payment, with prior notice where feasible.
- Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (see our Privacy Policy).
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes is the registered seat of Infinity Synaptics GmbH, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
14. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
